Minutes that count only once a person confirms them
How a Teams, Meet or Zoom recap becomes minutes with tasks, while the group leader still decides on the text.
Nobody enjoys writing minutes after a meeting. So often there are none, and agreements stay in the heads of the people who were there.
Most meeting tools now write a recap on their own. Symboulion does not record or transcribe audio. It takes that recap and turns it into a draft, and the minutes count only once a person reads and confirms them.
- MeetingThe group meets in Teams, Google Meet or Zoom, as before.
- ForwardThe organiser forwards the recap to the group address, for example automotive@grupe.
- DraftAI drafts who attended, conclusions, tasks with owners and due dates, and open questions.
- ConfirmThe group leader corrects the text and confirms it. The minutes carry the name of the person who confirmed them.
- TasksTask owners get an email, and due dates appear in their calendar.
A draft is only a proposal. Until someone confirms it, it stays under Drafts to confirm and does not show as the group's minutes.
If the draft is not good, the group leader corrects it before confirming. If AI keeps making the same mistake, the This could be better button is there to describe what is wrong. Everything the AI saw is then kept, so the mistake can be fixed.
The result is simple. Every set of minutes in a group has the name of the person behind it, and every task has an owner and a due date.
